Ordering and Payment Information

Online orders can be placed using our secure online shopping cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card transactions for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive information through the credit card processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

* 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions. * Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information. * Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.


Special Order Furniture

All special order furniture requires a 50% deposit and the balance due upon shipping. Special order furniture is custom made upon order and is non-refundable and non-returnable. Customer has 24 hours to cancel special order furniture without penalty. A fee of 50% of the original deposit will be charged if special order furniture is canceled after the 24 hour period.


Sales Tax

Sales tax only applies to customers purchasing within the state of California.


Shipping Information


Shipping Rates

We ship via UPS, FedEx and UPS Freight. Shipping rates and free shipping only applies to items shipped within the continental U.S. (not Alaska and Hawaii orders). Free shipping is for ground service only, not express or overnight service. Most of our items will ship within 3 days of order placement. Some of our items may ship directly from our manufacturer and may take 4-6 weeks to ship. Each item lists estimated ship time by description. If you order more than one product you may receive it in separate deliveries. Special order furniture pieces will take 6-8 weeks and is noted on any items that apply.

Alaska and Hawaii orders

Not all orders can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping chart above and free shipping does not apply for Alaska and Hawaii orders. The shipping rate will be higher. Please contact us for more information and shipping quotes.


Furniture Orders

All larger items or furniture will be delivered curbside by a freight carrier. The freight carrier will schedule a delivery time and drop curbside. Customer is responsible for moving furniture from curbside. Make sure you have someone who is available to help take your furniture into your home. We can offer a White Glove Delivery service (delivered into your home and set up). The service is available for an extra fee. Please contact us for more information or a quote. Customer should inspect furniture for damages prior to signing the bill of lading provided on delivery. Make sure you reference any damage to the outside of box or carton on bill of lading when delivered. This will help assure liability of freight carrier if any damage is found on furniture after placement inside your house.


Return Policy

Big Sky Decor offers 100% customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your item for a full refund minus the shipping charges. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number and correct return address information prior to shipping any item back. Item must be adequately packaged before returning. Any items listed as closeout or specials are non-refundable and non-returnable.

In Stock Furniture

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, Big Sky Decor will arrange for pick up of your furniture. Upon receipt and inspection of the furniture, Big Sky Decor will issue a credit back minus the freight charges. Big Sky Decor will charge a restocking fee of 15% for all returned furniture items. This does not apply to any manufacturer defects or damage from shipping.

Special Order Furniture

Special order furniture is custom made upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable except for manufacturer defects or damage from shipping.


Leather Care

Leather is a natural product that requires little care. Please follow these instructions to ensure your leather looks good for years to come.

Dry dust your furniture regularly using a soft, clean white cloth. Do not use any cloth that has furniture polish on it as it will cause damage to the leather. For minor food or drink spills on the leather - dampen a soft, clean white cloth with distilled water and gently pat the affected area and allow the leather to dry naturally. Keep furniture two feet away from any direct heat source. Do not place leather furniture in an area that gets direct sunlight as this can cause the leather to fade. Do not use soaps, conditioners, polishes or any other substances on the furniture. Do not allow pets on the furniture.
